hat are the age requirements?

When camp starts, campers must be at least age 5 no older than age 14.

What should my camper wear?

During summer camps: many campers like to wear their baseball uniforms.  We are outside in the Georgia heat most of the day, and while we do use sprinklers to cool the campers off, tee shirts, shorts, and cleats are recommended.  We do take breaks and hit the locker rooms, which are cooled, periodically.   Camps offered in the fall and winter months: please dress your camper in layers to accommodate greater fluctuations in temperatures throughout the day. 

What about lunch and snacks? 

Lunch is $5.00 a day and includes a hot dog, bag of chips, and a drink.  Alternately, you can pack your camper a lunch though we do not have enough space to keep anything cold.  We also have a concessions stand where campers can purchase snacks.  Campers bring in money on the first day and it is applied to their account.  At the end of the week, refunds will be issued for excess funds sitting in each camper's accounts. 


What about a water bottle? 

Feel free to pack your camper a water bottle.  We do have coolers of water and Gatorade around for the campers to maintain appropriate hydration levels.  If you do send a water bottle, please label it clearly.  


What equipment should my camper bring? 

Please pack your camper's baseball glove, bat, batting helmet, cleats, and batting gloves.  We do suggest bringing sunscreen, wearing a hat, and bringing sunglasses.   Make sure all equipment is clearly labeled.    


What about a change of clothes?  

Many parents opt to pack a spare pair of clothes in a ziplock or grocery bag.  On Wednesdays during the summer months, we do go to the Emory University Swimming Pool, and campers will need a swimsuit and towel.  Again, please be sure everything is labeled. 


There is no formal baseball instruction in the aftercare program.  Water activity will be provided on Monday, so bring your bathing suit and a towel.  However, the campers have the option to play dodge ball or other team activities.

Aftercare hours are 2:00-5:00 for an additional cost of $25 per day.  We will provide a small meal (hamburger, hot dog or pizza with a chip and a drink).

Aftercare is not offered during fall and winter camps. 


Do the campers go swimming?

Yes, we go to the Emory University swimming pool on Wednesday.  Please pack your camper a swimsuit, extra sunscreen, and a towel.  Should you choose to do so, a clean/dry change of clothes is also appropriate.  Fall and winter camps do not offer swimming. 



Dodgeball is a big hit with our campers and our coaching staff.  It gives us the opportunity to unwind as a group and just have fun. 

Is there an awards ceremony? 

During summer camps only, we do have a special awards ceremony on Friday at 1:00 and ask that parents attend to share in their camper's success and experiences.  We have ice cream sundaes and lots of toppings for the kids to close out their week.  Kosher options are always available.  Summertime aftercare is available after the awards ceremony for parents that must return to work.  Aftercare is not available during fall and winter camp sessions. 

Help!  I registered for the wrong camp! 

Mistakes happen.  Please send an email to [email protected] ASAP so that we can try to accommodate any changes.  The sooner you request a change, the better since camps fill up very quickly.  

Do you offer refunds?   

Should your camper become sick or suffer an emergency that requires their withdrawal from camp, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. There will be no refunds for camp no-shows.
